Be assured, you are in safe hand. I am the chef owner of Rama foods cookery club and I have over two decades of experience as a professional chef. I did my Diploma in hotel management and catering in year 1997 from India and after working for many years in various five-star hotels like Sheraton Mumbai I moved to England in year 2003. Since then I have worked in various Hotel and restaurant chains such as Centre parcs, Hilton and Las Iguanas to name a few. Most recently I have been developing Indian ready meals for supermarket chains such as Tesco.
Cooking is not only my profession, but my passion and I get more happiness by sharing my love for Indian food with other people. I also believe that being a professionally trained Indian chef I can help people learn the art of cooking with spices. My style of teaching is very relaxed but very structured. I will tell you about history of Indian cuisine as to how it evolved and how it travelled to Europe. I will teach you about various spices and their use in the particular dish. In my cookery session you will not only learn about Regional Indian cuisine but also how to layer the spices to get the perfect flavour and taste. It is a great way of learning a new skill and at the same time having a good time.
